Japanese Blood Grass...
Sharri...remember these stakes?
from Pottery Barn and probably 14 years old.
This used to be a sage pot, but my pineapple
mint has taken over. I left the stake in hopes that
someday the sage may come back and reclaim it's territory!

The only Spanish Lavender I have, just a snippet along my front walk. It's nestled in with some English Ivy. I think it's beautiful, but I don't like how "woody" it gets, so I try to keep this small.

I like the Japanese blood grass- really pretty. I have to say your gardens look really cool, i bet they look great actually in real life, all that purple!

Thanks for your comment, Bemused! The blood grass is truly one of my all time favorites. It also transplants really well and grows like crazy!
